1,SALMON –can be certified without skin 三文鱼–没有皮也可以被认证(年证)
2,FLOUNDER, POLLOCK, TILAPIA –can be certified only with skin on 比目鱼,鳕鱼,罗非鱼–必须带皮才能被认证(年证)。
If the fish is cut into pieces, each individual piece must have skin on 如果鱼被切成片,每片必须也要带皮。(如下图)
3,TUNA – canned tuna can be certified on a special production lot-basis only 金枪鱼– 金枪鱼罐头只能进行批次认证,不发年证。
